Supplements

Many of you ask which supplements I (Julie) take.  I like to pay a little more for supplements that I know have a high absorption rate.

Here they are:

Doctor’s Best High Absorption Magnesium Dietary Supplement, 200 mg per 2 tablets, 240 Tablets.  This electrolyte supports bone health, and overall cardio health.

 

 

Vital Proteins Marine Collagen, Wild-Caught, Non-GMO Project Verified, 10.16 Ounces.  I take it to improve my skin, hair, and bones.  I notice that my scratches and cuts heal faster and my hair is growing fast while taking it. I have noticed that my sciatica and costochondritis has disappeared since taking it which was a nice surprise.

 

 

NOW Vitamin D-3 5,000 IU,240 Softgels. If anyone has a cold in my family, I double down on the dose and I notice we get well within a few days.  Vitamin D is especially important because unless you get direct sun on your skin without any sunblock on a regular basis, you are probably not getting enough of this vitamin.
