Keto Pad Thai



When you’re craving Pad Thai, you make it yourself! Gone, are the days when I can just visit a Thai restaurant and just order straight from the menu.

Pad Thai Sauce Recipe:
3 T fish sauce 
1T coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
3 T sweetener of your choice
2 T rice vinegar
1 T Sriracha or more!
Combine and pour over shirataki noodles stir fried with shredded cabbage. I buy the pre-shredded back of cabbage at the grocery story and use it in many recipes. Break an egg into the pan and fry til cooked. Optional: Garnish with green onion and cilantro. I like to squeeze a lime over my pad thai as well.
