I ordered Pan Seared Almond-Crusted Salmon Salad from The Cheesecake Factory and asked them to hold the cranberries and quinoa. This dish was served Over Kale, Shaved Brussels Sprouts, Arugula, Avocado, and Radishes. Tossed with Vinaigrette. I have to say, I am now a new believer in Cheesecake Factory and will go back again! This was delicious and satisfying!
